A resistance and strengthening workout based on Pilates-inspired moves. The ultimate transformative workout for your body and mind. (Group class of 8 machines)

  • Take one of our hatha yoga or heated yoga classes to lengthen the body and work on quieting the mind. (Group class)

  • One of our core workouts and a founder favorite. A heated mat class blending Pilates and yoga movements for that ultimate burn.

  • We prioritize rest and recovery, and stretching is an important addition to your routine to prevent injuries, increase performance and improve blood flow. Take our signature stretch class and leave the room feeling lighter and taller.

  • Experience a tailored reformer Pilates class either with a partner or on your own. Once you go private you’ll never go back!

  • By using infrared light waves to heat the room, infrared saunas directly heat your body without heating the air around you, providing the benefits of a sauna at a lower temperature. Benefits of infrared sauna include detox, improved muscle recovery, relaxation, reduced inflammation and increased blood flow. (fits 2 people at a time)

  • Try out our 3-minute individual cryotherapy session in our Cryosauna for an experience like no other and leave feeling energized! Temperatures drop to around -140 degrees Celsius and benefits include pain relief and muscle recovery, weight loss, reduced inflammation, dementia prevention and better mental health.
