XFormer
XFormer classes at Core Collective are designed to build deep, lasting strength through slow, controlled resistance. Every movement challenges your muscles to the core—expect intensity, precision, and powerful results.
Heated Sculpt
Heated Sculpt is developed in-house and exclusive to Core Collective. It combines strength training with the intensity of heat for a full-body burn. You'll build muscle, boost endurance, and leave the room stronger, sweatier, and more empowered.
Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates at Core Collective is rooted in classical mat Pilates, supercharged with heat to deepen your core connection and amplify every movement. Expect precision, sweat, and a powerful full-body sculpt.
Tone + Burn
Tone & Burn at Core Collective blends strength, cardio, and high reps for a total-body workout that sculpts and ignites. Expect nonstop movement, a serious sweat, and results you can feel and see.
Core Fusion
Core Fusion is developed in-house and it is a seamless blend of yoga and Pilates. Designed to build strength, stability and flexibility. Expect yoga flows, mindful movement, and a slow burn that leaves you feeling centered and strong.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga at Core Collective focuses on mindful movement, breath, and alignment to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. It’s a grounding practice that reconnects you to your body and breath.
R&B Yoga Flow
A soulful, smooth yoga flow set to R&B classics and modern hits. Think deep stretches and fluid transitions paired with the rhythm of artists like SZA, Frank Ocean, and Alicia Keys.
Core Strength
Core Strength at Core Collective is an all levels strength-based training class led by a personal trainer, designed to build powerful, functional stability from the inside out. Expect focused core work, dynamic strength exercises, and circuit-style variations that challenge endurance and control. Every session varies, but the emphasis is always on strong, intentional movement.
