BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
YOUR FIRST VISIT
A few things to know before stepping into the studio.
01 What should I know before my first class?
Welcome! We are so happy to have you.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so that you have time to meet your instructor, become familiar with the studio, and receive any guidance you need before class begins.
If you are attending an XFormer class, grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. You will not be able to participate in an XFormer class without grip socks.
Shoes are not required during class.
We have an alkaline water station available, so you are welcome to bring a reusable water bottle.
Please store personal belongings, including phones, wallets, shoes, and jackets, in the changing rooms or in the cubbies near the entrance.
02 Will my spot be given away if I am late?
We have a three-minute grace period. If you are not inside the room within three minutes of the scheduled start time, your spot may be offered to someone who is waiting.
Our classes are intentionally small, so priority is given to clients who arrive at the studio on time.
03 What do I need to bring?
Bring a reusable water bottle and comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
Grip socks are mandatory for XFormer classes. Towels and yoga mats are provided by the studio, although you are welcome to bring your own.
04 Do you have changing rooms and showers?
Yes. Our studios include separate changing rooms with secure, easy-to-use lockers.
Toiletries, hair dryers, showers, and towels are available for clients.
Yoga mats are also provided for Mat Room classes, although you are welcome to bring your own.

BOOKING POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS & WAITLISTS
Our policies help protect the experience for every client and instructor.
08 What is the cancellation policy?
We have a strict 10-hour cancellation policy.
Classes are intentionally small, and late cancellations or no-shows affect other clients and instructors. The same policy applies when changing your booking to a different class time.
To cancel or reschedule, sign in to your online account and update your booking at least 10 hours before the class start time.
If you cancel or change your booking less than 10 hours before class, you will lose the class credit.
Clients with an unlimited membership will be charged a €15 late cancellation fee each time a class is cancelled or rescheduled without the required notice.
09 What is the waitlist and how does it work?
When a class is full, we recommend joining the waitlist through your online account.
- You must have a valid class credit, package, or membership to join the waitlist.
- If you are not added to the class, your credit will remain available in your account.
- If a spot becomes available more than 12 hours before class, you may be added automatically and will receive an email confirmation.
- If a spot becomes available less than 12 hours before class, you may receive an email inviting you to claim the available spot.
- The standard 10-hour cancellation policy still applies if you are added to a class from the waitlist.
- If you are no longer able to attend, remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before the class.

10 Is drinking water available?
Yes. We have an alkaline water station available for clients. Bring a reusable bottle and fill it before or after class.
11 Is parking available?
Street parking may be available near both studios, although availability varies throughout the day.
At the Lisbon studio, parking can usually be found around Rua Duque de Palmela and the surrounding Marquês de Pombal area.
At the Cascais studio, look for street parking around Avenida 25 de Abril and the nearby streets.
We recommend allowing a little extra time to park, especially during peak hours.
