STRENGTH,
SLOWED DOWN.
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
THE METHOD
SRT METHOD
Core Collective uses Slow Resistance Training, a low-impact, high-intensity method created for the XFormer and next-generation modern Pilates reformers.
SRT combines slow, controlled resistance with intentional movement, keeping the body engaged throughout every exercise.
Each class is designed to challenge the full body through precision, control, and continuous tension — building strength, stability, endurance, and deeper body awareness.
Low-impact, high-intensity, and adaptable to every level. Because how you train matters.
